If you are traveling with a large group of friends or family, you can also rent the second house of the villa and enjoy the entire property exclusively.

This beautiful two-story house welcomes you with bright spaces, carefully selected furnishings, and an unforgettable view of the 🌊 Ligurian Riviera sea. A perfect retreat for those looking for tranquility and authentic beauty.
Ground floor: a spacious and elegant living room with a lounge area and a fully equipped open space kitchen, ideal for sharing special moments. The living room opens onto a furnished terrace with a stunning sea view, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or sunset aperitifs.
Upper floor: two double bedrooms, a small bedroom with a single bed, and two bathrooms – one with a shower, the other with a bathtub, to offer maximum comfort for every guest.
The house features air conditioning ❄️ and private parking 🚗, essential elements for a stress-free vacation.

Outside you’ll find:
🏊‍♀️ A scenic pool (shared with the other house of the villa), perfect for cooling off during hot summer days, available from June to September
🏊‍♂️ During the pool opening period, guests will also have a pool towel provided per person 🏖️, to fully enjoy sunny and relaxing days 🌞. You won't have to worry about a thing, we take care of your comfort!

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days
• Exempt for children under 15 years old
• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged
