It’s clean, efficient and very good location for the terminal. Good check-in experience. The 6th floor corridor smelt of sewage when returning to the room in the evening. From then on we continually got whiffs of sewage whilst in the room probably through the ventilation, not the bathroom. I called reception who said they would investigate. No improvement. Ruined the evening. I complained on check-out. Got a pretty lame apology and shrug of shoulders, but no efforts made to rectify the poor experience. Breakfast does not live up to the Norwegian hotel breakfast experience. Limited pålegg, tough, inedible smoked salmon, overcooked, tough and bitter bacon with old hard fried eggs. Evening meal was reasonable, but overpriced considering its quality. I am generally a Radisson fan, and I would previously rate this hotel as my preferred Oslo airport choice, but this visit was a disappointment. This was the highest cost hotel in the area when I booked, which I paid to get a better experience for my wife so disappointing to get a mediocre experience.
