Inside, the home boasts a stunning design filled with natural wood textures, gorgeous stonework, and vibrant patterns. You’ll never feel far from nature, with gorgeous windows looking out over the beautiful property, and there is tons of indoor space for guests to kick back and relax. The main living room is especially attractive with couches for reading, a telescope for stargazing, and a beautiful piano to fill the space with ambient music. You’ll find more private nooks with furniture ranging from cozy armchairs to a drafting table. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to prepare food and drinks throughout your trip, with the formal dining table just steps away.



This home sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #3 has 3 twin size beds.

Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with walk-in shower.

Cameras in front main entry driveway, above garage facing street/driveway, facing pool in backyard, and back of home facing yard.

3 parking spaces are available in the driveway.

Sheltered coves and sandy beaches make for refreshing swimming, while dozens of nearby trails lead into the Sierra National Forest which you can explore on foot or by mountain bike. No matter your choice of nature activities, Happy Days Retreat puts you in the heart of it all.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
