This three-story home is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with snowmobile trails accessible right from the property in winter. Come summer, You'll also be perfectly placed for hiking in White Mountain National Forest, skiing the nearby mountain resorts, visiting the spa and golf course at Mountain View Grand Resort, and taking day trips into North Conway. You're also close to Santa's Village and the Weathervane Theatre.
Built in 2018, this home epitomizes the modern farmhouse, with its lofty ceilings, open spaces, and windows framing the outdoors at every turn. Highlights of the interior include a great room with ample seating and an entertainment center, a dining area that opens to the deck, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and newly installed central AC in the bedrooms.
