PARKING: This house has a private 2-car garage with an EV plug (bring your own charger). There is additional guest parking across the street (up to 15 slots). Bringing a trailer? There are a few oversized parking spots on the North end of the neighborhood. These are on a first come, first serve basis. You can also leave your boat at the Sand Hollow Marina lot (call Sand Hollow Lake for exact options)

The owner of this property has a severe pet allergy and cannot be exposed to pet dander in any form. For this reason, pets are strictly prohibited.
Bringing an unauthorized pet into this property will result in immediate eviction and a $1000 fee for deep cleaning and allergen removal.
