Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was 60 degrees for 8 hrs. Before the condo warmed up. The space heater is in the entry way. Hot tub is being refurbished, probably for the season.Overall the complex is slowly getting cleaned up.Condo was clean and well equipped.
The great points - super convenient; love the ski shuttle; property amenities at Club House are very good. Unit was updated and VERY clean. Kitchen pans, utensils, appliance all in excellent condition and they all look newer. Bed Linens were fine. Very pretty view and gas fireplace awesome if you are sitting in front of it. Very happy there was baseboard heat in bedroom and bathroom.The ok Points - The windows in the dining area and living area are in desperate need of recaulking. On the very windy and bitterly cold winter days, it was too cold to sit in dining area and we sat right in front of the fireplace. Additionally, this is a VACASA property and while they are super clean and provide a great starter kitchen kit, their towel service is very basic - we now know to bring our own large microfiber towels and bath sheets. A minor inconvenience but honestly, we do expect more relative to other comparable units at the Bridges. It won't deter future visits, but again, we choose to bring our own.
Location was perfect — very cozy (loved the fireplace) and had everything we needed after a long day of skiing. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend.

The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit met expectations from a physical standpoint.The problems arose entirely with the local management company. Communication was poor throughout and worsened after checkout. Multiple calls went unanswered, and repeated assurances that someone would call back were not honored. Nearly a week after checkout, the only response was a text message—despite explicit promises of a phone call.That response did not even accurately describe the lost item, which underscored a broader breakdown in handling the issue from the start. What should have been a simple, routine follow-up was mishandled at every step.This feedback is offered for the owner’s benefit. The unit itself has real strengths, but the current management’s lack of responsiveness and attention to basic guest concerns materially detracts from the experience. With better management oversight, this could easily be a higher-rated stay.
