Located at the gates of Rochefort, near Fouras and its beaches, and close to La Rochelle, this 75 m2 cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

This old stable, completely renovated with taste and perfectly equipped, consists of a living room and an open kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. Outside, you can also enjoy a covered courtyard and a garden.

You will appreciate:

- the living room area, a beautiful warm room with stone walls and an exposed framework, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a non-functional fireplace and wifi

- the simple and functional kitchen designed for convivial moments, equipped with an induction hob, a fan oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, two Senseo coffee makers and classic.... as well as all the equipment to cook 'like at home'

- a first large, quiet bedroom, a real cocoon with access to the courtyard: its 160*200 cm bed / its 240*220 cm duvet / a small desk / a library containing some books and board games- a second modular bedroom where you have the choice: either two 80*200 cm beds (2 140*200 cm duvets) or a 160*200 cm bed (one 160*200 cm duvet), at your convenience!

- a functional bathroom with a very large 180*90 cm shower, a vanity unit and a washing machine

- a separate toilet

- a courtyard sheltered from the wind with an area of ​​approximately 35 m2 to enjoy the outdoors in all weathers, even in bright sunshine!

- a small, sunny, enclosed corner of greenery of 35 m2 for a sunny moment of relaxation

For babies, on simple request, we provide: an umbrella bed with a thick mattress, a high chair, a potty, a changing mat and a bathtub.

For your bicycles, bicycle storage is available.

You have free parking on the road in front of the gîte (possibility of parking in front to unload luggage)

On your arrival you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras who will introduce you to the house, give you the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information and will assist you if necessary during your stay.
