• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"

Our Valras’Loc team is available 7 days a week to assist you before, during and after your stay.

Check-in is done in person with key handover and a full walkthrough of the apartment.

Communication continues through the booking platform.
