The house stands on a hill on the edge of Vaison, surrounded by a garden and a small wood (3000 m² of pine trees and nature). It offers exceptional views of the ancient theater, the old town of Vaison, the castles of Vaison and Crestet, Mont Ventoux and the mountains. The distance from the town center is just one kilometer.

The house was built in the 1960s on two levels, with the ground floor in dressed stone. It comprises five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace (the last three rooms are continuous with the first floor, with exposed chestnut beams). The property was completely renovated in 1998 using traditional, high-quality materials.
