This condo sits on the fourth floor of Fallridge, a complex that's enviably situated on the first tee of Vail Golf Club's PGA Championship course. You'll be just over a mile from ski lifts, great restaurants, and all sorts of shops in the heart of Vail Village, which is easily reached via the free Town of Vail shuttle. The free shuttle service will bring you directly to the Golden Peak Ski Lift. After a day of activity, enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, a hot tub, a game room with foosball and Ping-Pong, and a conference room on the grounds.

Leave your car in the secure underground parking, take the elevator upstairs, and make yourself at home in this extra-spacious floor plan. On summer afternoons, you can dine alfresco as the alpenglow settles over the mountains. Come winter, make yourself a mug of hot cocoa, and find a favorite movie to screen in the living room.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
