«Lovely location near the Norman cathedral in a charming little town. Many steep steps to reach the premises. Nice and absolutely clean room with the latest fashion in bathroom equipment. No English-speaking tv-channels.I was to leave early next morning and was told the reception would be open from 7:30 and breakfast to be served from 8:00. Nobody there. At 8:15 the staff came along, not exactly in a hurry. I did not get my prepaid breakfast that morning.»

«The property was incredibly beautiful - views, rooms, decor, amenities. The food was also amazing. But the best part of the stay was the amazing staff - especially Camilla. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency while we were there and she spoke to local hospitals to ensure we were seen and helped properly. I have never had a hotel care so much about me and my husband and we travel most weeks of the year for work and for pleasure. What an incredible experience all around. Camilla and the hotel ...
