Trondheim Central Station is just a one-minute walk away. Getting around is easy by public transport, car, bicycle, e-scooter, or on foot. 🌅

🏠 About the apartment:
This stylish 40 m² top-floor apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building, with both elevator and stairs for easy access. It’s perfect for couples, families, and small groups.

🔑 Check-in:
You’ll receive a digital access code before arrival—no physical check-in or check-out required. With the Unlock app, you’ll have digital access to all necessary doors and won’t need to meet the host for check-in or check-out!

🛏️ Sleeping arrangements:
• Quiet bedroom facing the fjord with a comfortable double bed
• New sofa bed for two with a thick mattress topper—feels like a real bed! Ready in just 1 minute
• Option for an extra bed (up to 5 guests + an infant under 1 year; must be requested in advance)
• Baby cot, high chair, children’s cutlery, drawing supplies, and more (must be requested in advance)

The main bedroom has mobile phone chargers on both sides of the bed: USB-C and USB-Lightning, two on each side.

Bright and airy living room with a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed and a 55” smart TV—perfect for a movie night after a day in the city.

Fully equipped with everything you need: stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and most kitchen utensils for both everyday use and cozy meals.

🛁 Bathroom:
Warm, tiled bathroom with washing machine, iron, and ironing board—ideal for longer stays. A 30-liter water heater with fast reheating, provided it’s not fully drained.

• Beds made up and towels ready upon arrival
• Cleaning included—upon departure, simply remove the bed linen and take out the trash to the designated waste room downstairs

⏰ Early check-in / late check-out:
By arrangement, we may be able to adjust check-in or check-out slightly. However, due to cleaning logistics and other guests, we usually can’t promise more than that.

🅿️ Paid parking nearby:
We recommend Olav Brun parking garage, a short walk from the apartment and cheaper than other options (Hourly rate: NOK 8 per started half hour | Daily rate: NOK 240). Street parking on weekdays is expensive. Paid street parking is available near the building and throughout the city (SmartPark app), as well as indoor parking at Trondheim S, about 100 meters away. Prices vary, but can quickly reach NOK 300 per day.

🛄 Luggage storage:
By prior arrangement, we can sometimes store luggage from 12:00 noon on check-in day. There are also good luggage storage options at Trondheim Central Station.
