Ideally set up for alfresco living, in a very sunny positions, the property enjoys carefully curated zones where guests can relax and unwind. The bricked courtyard provides an excellent place for children to play and families to dine with a large table and masonry barbeque. This area leads to a terrace, partly covered with a pergola, here guests can soak up the sun on a lounger or curl-up on a sofa whilst enjoying views of the surrounding countryside..

Inside, the property has been expertly renovated, blending original brick work and star vaulted ceilings with tasteful furnishings and contemporary fittings. Additional mezzanine bedrooms, a study and a cosy TV snug above the main living area make use of the incredible double height ceilings. The spacious living room is furnished with 3 large sofas adjacent to a generous dining room. The separate eat-in kitchen is fitted with; a professional 6-burner gas/electric hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. There is also a laundry room with washing machine.

Villa Agrumeta - Private Natural Bio Pool is located on the outskirts of Trepuzzi (a 5-minute drive), where guests will find numerous restaurants, grocery stores and shops.

For history and culture, the Baroque city of Lecce (a 15-minute drive) is a must-visit. Here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning visitors can shop for local produce at Mercato di Campagna Amica di Parco Tafuro.

For those in search of the beach Spiaggiabella, is a 15-minute drive and the marine protected Ionian coastline s also in easy reach. Popular destinations include Porto Cesareo (a 40-minute drive), Torre Lapillo and Sant\'Isidoro (a 30-minute drive). Other popular destinations include Regional Natural Park Bosco and Marshes of Rauccio (a 20-minute drive). Here you can also visit the Idume Basin lake and the ancient forest of Lecci. Wine lovers will enjoy a visit to Cantine De Ventura (a 5minute drive) and Cantine De Falco (a 25-minute drive).

Trepuzzi’s train station is a 5-minute drive away (20-minute walk) For those traveling by air, the nearest airport is Brindisi Airport, approximately a 25-minute drive from the villa.
