From the living room and from the master bedroom there's acces to a large terrace with garden furniture and great views of the communal area, the beach and the promenade. The accomodation is in perfect condition and has air conditioning in all rooms. There are 3 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each), the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric kettle ..) and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub. The communal area has a garden with a large pool (open all year). The rental price also includes an underground private parquing place. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
