Stunning Newly remodeled 7 bedroom/ 4 bath estate. 4400 sq ft on 3 acres with orange groves -3 MINUTES TO AWARD WINNING WINERIES! Backyard , BBQ, , patio perfect for dining or relaxing & sipping a glass of wine while gazing at mountain/sunset views. Watch the hot air balloons go by the front of the house in the mornings while sipping coffee. Open concept home with huge Kitchen and big master suite and game room.

Stunning estate with mountain views from almost every room. Located in the center of Wine Country!! With 7 bed/4 baths, NEW Pool, Jacuzzi, Patio , BBQ island, and New 20 x 20 Gazebo with lots of sitting , outdoor games such as , Boccie ball, corn hole, Plus game room with board games. The sunny open loft/office space has a daybed perfect for an extra bed or just relaxing on reading a book for the bookshelves. There is a desk if needed for your laptop. 3 large smart TV's (game room, living room and master bedroom) ready for Netflix, , Amazon Prime and or regular Tv with basic local channels. There is a main floor master bedroom with king bed and private bath. 5 more bedrooms upstairs including a HUGE master bedroom w/ stacked stone FP has a master bathroom that could be right out of a 5 Star hotel. Custom marble walk in shower, 2 person Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has it's own huge private balcony. This palatial home has super high dramatic ceilings, custom wrought iron stair rails. The beautiful stocked kitchen has marble backslash, center island with quartz counter tops, additional sink, double oven, cook top, all new appliances including micro and dishwasher as well as kuerig coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, dish and glassware, cooking utensils, margarita set and more.

~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please note that per our house rules and County ordinance, Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm) Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from November thru March as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature.

Beautiful house and backyard

The property was stunning and just enough space for 12 girls. It would’ve been nice to have more towels and other necessities like aluminum foil. We had such a great time and wish weather held up to enjoy the pool more, we can’t wait to be back!

Wine Country Getaway!

We booked the property for a wine girls weekend, and had the best time! The host was communicative and friendly. He was super nice and met us at the house to check in. We used the hot tub a lot, but opted out of heating the pool because the weather was a little too chilly. Though, I very much appreciate the option of being able to heat it or not! I would definitely recommend this property for other groups!

Get away surprise

My brother and our children came out to surprise our brother for his birthday. We had plenty of room in the house. Everyone had their own bedroom and plenty of bathrooms. Inside and outside the place is beautiful with great views around as well. In the early morning we caught the hot air balloons floating nearby. Very cool. Dan was super easy to reach and communicate with. . Our surprise visit was well received. Everyone loved the house and back yard .

Beautiful backyard oasis

This home has a great layout for groups, and the backyard pool is absolutely gorgeous. We spent lots of time swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Great proximity to wineries too! One thing to note if you're visiting over the summer. The AC has to be kept at 75 during the day. That was uncomfortable for the grandparents. Otherwise, great stay! The host is very responsive.

House stay

Excellent location close to wineries, beautifully landscaped property. Perk of fresh oranges is lovely. Had a great time with family and plenty of kitchen supplies. Multiple fridges is great. Trash and recycling bins were half full upon arrival. One that doesn’t have a lid was attacked by crows today and we had to clean up the trash (from previous renter). The house is too hot without curtains in kitchen/living room/dining room. Need to change out and add add’l pillows, some blankets and at least enough expendables for one group weekend as we purchased our own extra tp, paper towels, trash bags and even pillows. Be careful on couches as you can’t plop down; they separate easily and are hard between them. Right railing on stairs is flimsy. Nice and responsive when we requested a coffee maker as they brought one over right away.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay here! There are essentially two master suites with private baths and then the other two bathrooms are conveniently located for the other bedrooms’ use so it comfortably accommodated our larger extended family. Kitchen is well equipped, but most of all the outdoor space is spectacular. Kids loved playing bags and axe throwing. Very close to numerous wineries. Overall, this was the perfect setting for our trip. Thank you!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- HOST IS RUDE AND INSULTED ME + NO RUNNING WATER AND HEATER BROKEN

IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD! On Feb 15, we checked in. I met with John and told him that I was renting the home because I was getting married in Friday, feb 17, he congratulated me and proceeded to show me around the home. Everything was fine but over night the upstairs heater was broken! The home was freezing! Waking up on Feb 16, there was no running water throughout the home! No shower, no toilet, nothing! Thankfully my mother had a rental home down there street and we were able to take all of things and shower there. If not, we would’ve been stuck without water until 4:30 pm!! When we got back, the host said we could have some Jacuzzi time and check out later “to soften the blow” we did not use any of this. But how rude is that! Later that evening the heater was broken again! We were freezing both nights! On Feb 17, my wedding night, the host showed up to the property unannounced. Not only was he yelling at my mother and husband, he was yelling at me, and insulted me multiples times and even called me STUPID! Not only was the property expensive, the water and heater were both broken, and the host was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Nice and Affordable

This is a very nice property. There was plenty of room for our family of 14.There were a few items that needed repair, ie. the sliding door screen was ripped and a piece of floor board had fallen off on the end of the kitchen island. One thing I'd recommend is new pillows and more pillows. One per person doesn't cut it with our family and they were very flat. The outdoor area was spectacularly beautiful!

Exactly as described

A great choice for our family for a recent family reunion, that included 7 adults and 6 kids under 12. Coordinating with the property manager was easy, the pool and hot tub were nice, and in general it was exactly as described in the listing.

Temecula Wedding Retreat

The house was large, but obviously not designed as a VRBO. There was no keypad to enter the house and we were only giving two keys for 14 guests. The rooms were very misproportioned and sparsely furnished. Two of the sleeping quarters had no closet and no dressers. The pool area was nice, however they put the fear of God in you that if you use the hot tub it will cost you a small fortune. No guests were allowed at the house which was very disappointing as it was a holiday weekend and we had hoped to entertain a few people who had traveled across the country for our daughter’s wedding. The can opener was totally rusted and inoperable which meant our baked beans were staying in the can. Despite all that we had a nice time because of the company in the house.
