Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest a private retreat while keeping the single‑level layout easily accessible. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing.



Living areas

The living area offers ample room to stretch out, with a TV for movie nights and a dining table that accommodates shared meals or late‑night conversations. A breakfast nook adds a cozy spot for casual coffee, and sliding doors lead to a small patio and balcony with seating for two, perfect for a quiet moment of fresh air.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, from morning coffee to evening dinners. Counter space and a dining area make it easy to cook together and enjoy home‑cooked meals in a relaxed setting.



Outdoor & shared facilities

We do not provide access to the community amenities. Free on‑site parking simplifies arrivals and departures, and the shared facilities provide convenient ways to stay active without traveling far.



Home essentials

Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, while bathroom essentials and bedroom amenities ensure a hassle‑free stay. A washer and dryer, reliable WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support remote work or longer visits. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock adds flexibility to your arrival, and the pet‑friendly policy lets you bring your companions along.

Nestled in the Tampa Palms area near Lutz, the home sits in a peaceful neighborhood that’s still close to shops, restaurants, and daily conveniences. A short drive brings you to attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and nearby parks, giving you easy access to both cultural sites and outdoor fun.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
