Four bedrooms each feature a queen‑size bed and a full ensuite bathroom, providing privacy for every guest. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, and fresh linens and bathroom essentials are supplied so you can pack light and settle in quickly.
Living space
The spacious living room offers ample seating for the whole group, perfect for movie nights or relaxed conversation. Large windows let natural light fill the room, while the adjacent patio provides a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening drinks in the fresh air.
Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen includes all the basics for simple, everyday cooking. A breakfast nook sits within the kitchen, and a separate dining area gives you space to enjoy meals together. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or an easy dinner, everything you need is at hand.
Work & laundry
An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays convenient, and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi‑Fi lets you handle remote tasks or plan your next outing without hassle.
Outdoor & community amenities
Step outside to a shared patio for outdoor seating, then explore the community’s pool, gym, clubhouse, and grill area. Walking and biking trails wind through the grounds, and a basketball court offers light activity without leaving the property.

The home is a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and Lettuce Lake Park, making it an ideal base for both cultural attractions and natural escapes. Easy access to major roads keeps the region’s highlights within reach.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
