The space

Upon entering the property, you step into the dining area and living room, with the kitchen conveniently located just off the dining space. Across from the living room, you'll find an additional sitting area, offering even more room to relax. This main space has A/C.

From this additional living space, you can access a full bathroom as well as a bedroom (listed as Bedroom 2), which features a queen bed and A/C as well as a private door to the backyard.

A staircase from the main living room leads upstairs to the primary suite (Bedroom 1), a luxurious retreat with a king bed, en suite bathroom, A/C and a private balcony boasting breathtaking, panoramic views of Magen's Bay, Hans Lolik, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, and other stunning Caribbean islands.

Adjacent to the primary suite is Bedroom 4, which includes a bunk bed (full bed on the bottom, twin on top) and a spacious desk. There is not a door that separates this from the primary suite, so the door is open as seen in the photos. This room also has access to a second balcony overlooking the backyard, pool, and ocean. This room is ideal for kids that have parents sleeping in the primary suite or used as extra space.

Back on the main level, step through the back door near the dining area to discover a large patio with an outdoor dining space and a beautifully landscaped backyard. The backyard offers sweeping ocean views, including Magen's Bay and surrounding islands. A staircase leads down from the backyard to the pool area.

At the pool, you can lounge and swim while taking in the incredible scenery. Just off the pool area is Bedroom 3, a private suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom and A/C. This bedroom has its own entrance, providing a secluded and independent space separate from the rest of the home.

There is solar power, tesla batteries and an on-site back up generator so you don't have to worry about power outages.

Washer & Dryer are located on-site, outside the back door by the living room.

On property you'll find many hidden gems, banana trees, mango trees, an avocado tree, dragon fruit, papaya trees and more!
