Bring the family to Coral Resort E-3, a second-floor two-bedroom, two-bath suite with wide Intracoastal views in Clearwater Beach. A king bedroom, queen bedroom and queen sleeper sofa accommodate up to six guests. Enjoy a full kitchen, open living and dining area, and access to the shared heated waterfront pool, dock and courtyard. Gulf beach access, cafes and restaurants are nearby. One parking space is included with a displayed pass; paid shared laundry is on site. Primary guest must be 25+.

YOUR PRIVATE SUITE
Two bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa; maximum six guests. Two full bathrooms, full kitchen and dining table for six. Linens, towels, starter toiletries and coffee are provided.

WATERFRONT RESORT & BEACH OUTINGS
Coral Resort is on the Intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach. The Gulf beach is a short walk away. The heated waterfront pool, dock, courtyard and grill are shared with other guests. Shared amenities are managed by the resort and may close for maintenance.

PARKING & LAUNDRY
One vehicle and one parking space per reservation. Display the parking pass from your unit. Do not park on site before 4:00 PM; use nearby paid public parking for early arrivals. Shared laundry accepts credit cards: regular machines $2.50 per wash or dry; large machines $3.00 per wash or dry, subject to change. Pets are not permitted.

By booking with us, you acknowledge awareness of this ongoing project and agree that its timing and impact may vary.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
The booking guest must be at least 25. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be done in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements. The primary guest must be present at check-in under the HOA age policy.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This unit is a private unit at a resort. We manage only a select few units here, all top tier and well taken care of. As a result, we have zero control over any of the amenities outside of the unit.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the paid shared laundry facilities to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
