Gulf Coast Get-Away! Heated pool sleeps up to 10!
This spacious and lovely heated inground pool home in Largo is only 10 miles from Indian Rocks Beach and rests next to a small pond!! There are 3 Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with a lovely ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The front bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the middle bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a second full bathroom off of the bedroom hallway which has a bathtub/shower combo. The converted garage holds the laundry area and a fold down futon should you have a 9th and 10th guest in your party.
The pool is open, meaning it does not have a screened enclosure. The pool is cleaned weekly; however, you may find debris or insects in the pool. This is normal, and you will not be compensated for finding such debris/insects, however, there is a skimmer net at the property for guests to use during their stay. The pool heater is set at 85°, however, during cold weather snaps, the pool heater may not be able to keep up, and you will not be compensated for such. Please do not tamper with the pool heater, it is not to be changed, and it is Camera monitored.
Smart Tv's are in this home! You can steam your streaming channels by logging into your account(s). Sorry, no cable.
The AC thermostat in the home needs to stay at 70 degrees or higher.
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.
There will be much fun to be had between the pool and the close access to the Gulf Coast Beaches, however, there is so much more in this area!

Pinebrook Park is a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk (has with Swings, Slides, Basket Ball and Tennis Courts, with picnic area with BBQ's), Florida Botanical Gardens, Splash Harbor Water Park, Tampa Zoo, John’s Pass restaurants and small shoppes, The Bird Sanctuary, Galleries and shops in downtown St Petersburg, Dining cruises out of Clearwater beach area, Parasailing at Clearwater beach, Ybor City, Dunedin shopping, restaurants and local breweries.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. IF CANCELING WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
