Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms provide a comfortable setup for your stay. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, includes 1 King Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, features 1 King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, offers 2 Single Bunk Beds. Bedroom 4, Color circle, includes 1 Queen Bed. Two bathrooms support the group with bathroom essentials and hot water.



Indoor living

The main living area offers flexible seating for group time or quieter moments, while a ceiling fan and air conditioning keep the temperature just right. The game room adds another layer of activity, with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines, all visible from the backyard. A flat‑screen TV and a dedicated workspace make it easy to unwind or catch up on work.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances gives you room to prepare meals, and the adjacent dining space lets you enjoy food together without missing a beat. An outdoor bar with a minifridge extends the dining experience onto the patio.



Outdoor living

A private pool anchors the backyard, with optional heating available for cooler evenings. A fire pit, putting green, outdoor furniture, and a fenced area create multiple spots to soak up the Clearwater climate. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking add convenience.



Essentials & conveniences

A washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, smart lock self‑check‑in, and extra linens are provided. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair. The home welcomes long‑term stays and is pet‑friendly.

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
