Welcome travellers to our modern 2 bedroom penthouse situated right in the heart of St Pauls Bay! Our apartment offers full amenities & spacious living, making it perfect for families or group of friends wishing to be close to the island`s main attractions.

The penthouse features 2 private terraces with outdoor furniture which creates a space for relaxation after long days exploring.

Enjoy easy access to main attractions, coffee shops, restaurants and the famous Cafe Del Mare just steps away!

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| The living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal making it perfect for both and long term rentals.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed, one has an ensuite, and the other with 2 single beds.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry Room| The apartment comes with a laundry room which includes a washing machine and dryer.

Front Balcony| From the terrace balcony, enjoy the fresh sea breeze and take in the neighbourhood views.

It`s a charming spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or to simply unwind while watching the world go by.

Back Balcony| The back terrace is accessible from one of the bedrooms, creating a private retreat for guests. It`s a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the outdoors without leaving the comfort of your apartment.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
