The Perfect Getaway

Daddy’s girls was everything we expected and more. Recommend to any couple who is interested!!! If you are wanting to visit the beach during the day it’s a short drive to oak island!! Once you get back from the beach you don’t have to drive anywhere again!!! Everything is walking distance!!! We loved our stay!!

Get away

Property was nice and roomy. It was very clean. I would suggest more towels with a stay. We were there 3 nights and only received 1 towel and 1 washcloth each, so we had to wash them daily. Parking is super tight as well. The location was good and in walking distance to everything.

Lovely

The apartment was beautifully decorated and updated! Very spacious and open. Enjoyed being close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking was alittle tight. (glad we brought our smaller vehicle) and the noise from dwnstairs was really loud. Tk goodness they closed at 8pm and were out by 9pm. King size bed wld hv worked nicely in the large bdrm. but all in all it was a great stay! The weather was fantastic and look forward to coming back..John & Mary H from Pinehurst

Cozy

Daddy’s Girl is one of the nicest, coziest and well appointed spots we have stayed in Southport. Plenty of space and has almost everything you could need. I recommend bringing your own towels, and bring ice. There is no ice maker or ice cube trays. There are some spices for cooking but no salt and pepper. The home is immaculate and has the best deck to sit on for morning coffee or reading. Parking is very tight behind the building. You have to drive in off Leonard Street but you have to back your car all the way out to get out when you leave. If you have a huge pickup or SUV, it’s difficult. But you could always park on Leanord or on Howe and walk around the back to get in. I would definitely stay here again. Very cozy, clean and affordable.

Great location

We’ve stayed at a unit in the same building…best location. This is the first time I have ever had to make my bed upon arriving. Linens and towels in plastic sealed bags were place on the bed for do it yourself. If staying here please know you are right above a restaurant….now they close at 8pm and then clean for a few hrs. If you are early to bed this is not the best place for you. The condo is spacious, decorated beautifully and the outdoor patio/deck is perfect!!

Southport Excellence

Fantastic property. Very clean and well appointed. Close to everything we wanted to see and do! Parking is very tight, but we were the only car so that helped! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay close to downtown Southport. Oak Island is just a short drive!

Perfect vacation for two!

Daddy's girl was the PERFECT vacation for our babymoon! We were so pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of this place. The apartment had everything we needed and created a truly relaxing atmosphere. We fell in love with the location especially. Only a 15 minute walk to waterfront restaurants and plenty of things even closer than that! The best part of all was the friendliness and promptness of the staff of Better Beach Rentals. We will definitely be coming back!
