The space
This modern three-bedroom villa offers the perfect blend of space, style, and privacy. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom for complete comfort and convenience. The master suite features a King bed, while the other two come with Queen beds — ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.

Interiors are decorated in soft beige and cream tones, creating a serene and elegant tropical atmosphere. The living room flows seamlessly to the terrace and the pool area, giving an open and welcoming feel. Outside, a spacious private pool awaits, surrounded by full privacy, perfect for sun-soaked afternoons or evening gatherings by the BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire villa, including the spacious private pool, fully equipped kitchen, elegant living and dining areas, outdoor terrace with BBQ, and private on-site parking. Every space has been designed to combine comfort with tropical elegance, ensuring a stay that feels both luxurious and inviting.

Note: The laundry area is reserved for staff. Should you require laundry service, we will gladly connect you with a trusted pickup & delivery provider nearby — ensuring convenience without compromising your time in paradise.

Casa Linda is a private gated community committed to peace, order, and safety. Please respect the following rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

Speed limit: 30 KPH (18 MPH)

Lower windows when approaching the security gate

Park only in your assigned space

Motorcycles and ATVs are not allowed inside for renters or visitors
  ➡️ You may park ATVs outside at the Welcome Center

Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest

Only authorized taxis are allowed inside

Maximum of two people per bedroom (families excluded)

Only one vehicle allowed after 10 p.m. on weekdays / 11 p.m. on weekends

Special events require prior approval from administration

Visitors must present original IDs (no photocopies)

Unregistered visitors may be denied entry

Visitors must remain with the registered guest at all times

Gatherings near the entrances are not permitted

All guests and visitors must follow community rules

First noise violation = warning; second may result in a fine or early check-out

Music allowed at moderate volume:
  - 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (weekdays)
  - 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. (weekends)

No loud music, profanity, or disturbances after hours

Karaoke is not permitted

Children must be registered and supervised at all times

Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited

Drone use is not allowed unless previously authorized

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property
