The Sea Farmhouse is a gorgeous, huge estate located on the hillside of the Sorrento coast, halfway between Sorrento and Positano, which are both about 10 km away.
The closest village is Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, just a 5minute drive, and here you will find all the necessary services such as: supermarket, pubs and restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks, etc.
This property is immersed in the greenery, and it boasts breathtaking views over the sea and “Li Galli” islets. It is the perfect retreat for large groups of friends or families looking for a relaxing holiday, that here will have the opportunity to take a break from the busy day life.
The Sea Farmhouse is characterized by a rustic style, it can accommodate up to 27 people and upon request 4 more single beds can be added at extra cost. Additionally, there are other buildings a bit detached from the main complex but within the same property that can sleep 9 further guests in 3 suites + 4 more people in 2 standard rooms for a total of 44 guests (price for the extra rooms on request).
In detail, the property is composed as follows:
Villa 1:
It is the main house, spread over two levels, it has 6 double bedrooms and two single rooms, for a total of 14 sleeps.
On the ground floor we find 3 double bedrooms (in two of them it is possible to add an extra bed to get a triple) and a wide a living room.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with terrace and two small single bedrooms. All the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and airconditioning/heating.
Villa 2
It faces villa 1 and consists of 2 large suites with separate entrance, one is on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor. Both have double beds and it is possible to add one more bed in each of them.
Villa 3
On the ground floor there is a junior suite with double bed and the possibility to add one more bed, while on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with double beds.
Close to the villa 1 and 2, there is a large kitchen that is at guests’ disposal and a large dining room that can host up to 50 people. On request there is a staff member that can take care of the cleaning of the kitchen (at extra cost). By the way, it is also possible to
organize amusing cooking lessons or to be served breakfast, lunch or dinner, since there is an internal catering service available (on request at extra cost).
Outside, is also found a beautiful infinity pool surrounded by tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun beds, where you can unwind or sip a drink enjoying the fantastic vistas.
The property is provided with air conditioning and WIFI connection, a large private car parking is at guests’ disposal and, even if a car is recommended, there is the possibility of having car transfers arranged on time.
Furthermore, at The Sea Farmhouse is also possible to organize special events (weddings, private parties, etc.).
Finally, you will also have the chance to taste a wide range of exquisite local product (salad, tomatoes, eggplants, etc.), which are cultivated by the owners on the grounds of the property and there is also a factory where different kind of marmalades, tomato sauce, the famous limoncello liquor and other delicacies are produced.

Located on the hills of Sorrento coast, halfway between Sorrento and Positano, in a very quiet location, immersed in the nature, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
The nearest village is Sant'Agata (about 5 minutes drive), where you can find the basic services (bank, good restaurants, supermarket, groceries). Anyway It is advisable to have a car in order to go around and explore the surroundings.

Rental rules:
The prices are for 27 persons, 4 more single beds for 4 persons can be added at the daily cost of € 65 per day per person.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
A refundable deposit of 1.500 Euros (also with credit card) is required upon arrival and it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.
Check-In time is from 15:00 to 19:30, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM
The rental price include: one set of bed linens, bath towels per stay, per person, electricity, International breakfast, staff for cleaning the kitchen and restaurant room also for lunch and dinner including tablecloths,1 cot and 1 high chair for babies under 3 years on request.
A maximum of 5 children aged 4 to 12 are allowed. Babies from 0 to 3 years are welcome.

Extra costs to be pay on site
Compulsory daily cleaning (3 hours per day and final cleaning) € 25 per person per stay. Change of bed linens and bath towels every 3 days.
City tax: € 3 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
If the rules of the house are ignored, some penalties will be applied according to specific cases.
Important note:
Next to the property there is a sort of wine-bar for wine tasting and other local products, which is managed by the same family that owns the complex, within the same huge property but with a different entrance, separated by plants from the area reserved for the villa's residents.
