Casa Aloe is a luxury property located on the hillsides of Sorrento, less than 10­minutes’ from the center town and 5­minutes’ away from the picturesque top­hill village of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi, where in the hottest periods you can enjoy a fresh climate in summer evenings.
The villa spreads over two levels connected by an internal staircase, it consists of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The ground floor features a wide open­plan living room, equipped with 3 sofas, TV and from here you can enjoy gorgeous views over the sea. Here we also find a fully equipped kitchen, with all necessary appliances and two dining tables.
On this level we find two double bedrooms with en­suite bathrooms and a further separated bathroom.
The first floor is composed by a further open­plan living room, provided with a sofa and TV, an additional fully equipped kitchen and a panoramic terrace furnished with sofas and chairs.
On this floor are also found two more double bedrooms (one en­suite), one more bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom.
All the bedrooms have their own wardrobe, while the bathrooms have shower, except the spare one.
Outside, Casa Aloe features a wide garden, a private pool and panoramic terraces.

Neighborhood and transport
Sorrento offers a wide range of services, and is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi Coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, which can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by elevator.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay 3 nights; 5 nights in June, July, August.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Check­in time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
The price is inclusive of: daily cleaning (approx. 3 hours).

Extra costs to be paid on arrival:
A cash refundable deposit of 800€ will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
Final cleaning: €300
City tax: 4,00 € per person (from years old 18 onwards) up to 7 days.
