Wooded Hideaway is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably

accommodates up to 6 guests and boasts a modern and cozy decor. With high-end

furnishings and appliances, this all one-level home offers convenience and

comfort. Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Sevierville, the property

is enveloped by trees, providing a serene and private retreat for guests to

enjoy.



Living Room:

As you step into the living room, you'll be greeted by an open floor concept

that seamlessly connects the space with the kitchen and dining area. A

stunning hand-painted mountain mural adorns one of the walls, adding a touch

of charm and a sense of retreat to the room. The living room is furnished with

high-end copper-colored leather sofas, providing ample and luxurious seating

for guests to relax and unwind. One of the sofas conveniently converts into a

sleeper, accommodating 2 of the 6 guests. The focal point of the room is the

rustic wood-framed electric fireplace, complemented by a large flat-screen TV,

creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere for entertainment and relaxation. The

living room is also adorned with a wall of large windows, allowing natural

light to flood the space and offering stunning wooded views of the surrounding

natural beauty.



Kitchen/Dining Room:

As you enter the kitchen and dining area, you'll be welcomed by an open floor

concept that seamlessly integrates the two spaces. A captivating hand-painted

mountain mural sets the scene above the dining area, adding a touch of charm

and a sense of retreat to the room. The dining room features a high-end black

kitchen table that comfortably accommodates 4 guests, offering a stylish and

inviting setting for meals. Additionally, island seating for 4 provides a

casual and convenient space for dining or socializing. The kitchen is equipped

with sleek stainless steel appliances, complemented by elegant granite

countertops and modern fixtures, creating a contemporary and functional space

for culinary endeavors and gatherings.

Wooded Hideaway outdoor area is nestled in a serene setting, with a gravel

driveway winding through a natural canopy of trees, offering a tranquil and

secluded feel. The front deck offers the perfect blend of shelter and

openness, featuring a partially covered area alongside an uncovered space.

Here, you'll find a convenient propane grill for outdoor cooking, a welcoming

picnic table for al fresco dining, and a cozy wicker furniture sitting area

for relaxation. Moving to the back deck, you'll discover a private retreat

with a covered space housing a luxurious hot tub, providing a serene spot to

unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings in comfort. Right off the deck,

you'll discover a firepit illuminated with lights, perfect for roasting

marshmallows and having a great time.

Navigating your way to our property is a breeze, as all roads leading to the

property are easy to navigate with double lanes, ensuring a smooth and stress-

free arrival. Upon reaching the destination, by a gravel driveway, you'll find

an ample and level parking area, providing convenient access to the property.

This well-designed parking space ensures that arriving and departing are

hassle-free, allowing you to focus on enjoying your stay from the moment you

arrive.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner

time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-

cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check

in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,

or New Years Day.



Check-In:

4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.



Check-Out:

10am



Fireplaces:

This property has an electric fireplace, which is available year-round.



Vacay Protection:

You might be asking yourself, what is this & why am I paying for it? It's an

affordable travel investment that pays for itself, let us explain what it

covers:

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to

the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional,

will be charged to the credit card on file).

24hr On-Call Maintenance: if you need assistance while at the property, give

us a call & our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
