Welcome to Summer Wind, our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage nestled in the

heart of Wears Valley, where modern comforts meet rustic coziness. This

inviting, one-level retreat is tastefully decorated with adorable modern

accents throughout. Stay connected with loved ones using the complimentary

WiFi. Unwind under the stars at the fire pit, or soak your cares away in the

hot tub. Comfortably sleeping six, this delightful cottage is the perfect home

away from home for your Smoky Mountain getaway.

Step into the inviting living room of our charming cottage and feel the warmth

of rustic charm blended with modern comfort. Settle into one of two

comfortable couches and enjoy your favorite shows on the large-screen

streaming TV. As the centerpiece of the room, a magnificent stone gas

fireplace crackles to life, casting a warm glow and creating the perfect

ambiance for cozy gatherings. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the

living room to the kitchen, ideal for socializing and creating memories. The

back porch beckons you to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and natural

surroundings. This cozy retreat promises the perfect getaway.

Unleash your inner chef in our fully equipped kitchen, designed to inspire

culinary delights. You'll find everything you need, from a full-sized

refrigerator and electric range to a microwave and dishwasher. Gather around

the spacious dining table, which comfortably seats twelve, for memorable meals

and lively conversations that will last a lifetime. From casual breakfasts to

celebratory feasts, this is the heart of the home. Dish towels, starter dish

soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Step into our semi-secluded cottage's outdoor haven and breathe in the fresh

air of the surrounding woods. Find your peace in the inviting hot tub, gather

around the crackling fire pit for cozy evenings under a canopy of stars, or

gently sway in the porch swing and let the serenity wash over you. A hammock

beckons for an afternoon nap, while the charcoal grill stands ready for a

delicious barbecue. For a touch of friendly competition, the air hockey table

promises hours of fun. This outdoor retreat is designed for creating cherished

memories.



Location\Roads\Parking:

Your Smoky Mountain getaway begins the moment you arrive at our cottage. Easy-

to-navigate roads lead to ample, level parking, making your arrival smooth and

stress-free. Unpack and unwind – your vacation has begun!



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2 dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel

The pet fee is a non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s).

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, damage, or

if additional excessive cleaning is needed from your pet, you will be charged

for all repairs or cleaning.

Please bring your own bedding to cover the area your pet lays/sleeps- or an

additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog

hair odor left behind.

Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner

time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-

cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check

in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve,

or New Years Day.



Check-In:

4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.



Check-Out:

10am

On During: October 1st - February 28th / Off During: March 1st - September

30th



Vacay Protection:

You might be asking yourself, what is this & why am I paying for it? It's an

affordable travel investment that pays for itself, let us explain what it

covers:

Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

protection fee).

Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no

worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to

the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional,

will be charged to the credit card on file).

24hr On-Call Maintenance: if you need assistance while at the property, give

us a call & our team will be happy to assist you at no additional charge.
