In addition, our home has all the entertaining amenities you need to have an unforgettable home base for your adventures: game room + pool table + hot tub + wifi + arcades + foosball + amazing views!

Located in the peaceful mountainside of Pigeon Forge, our cabin is perfectly situated near all the best attractions! Kick back and relax in this newly furnished and updated cabin, with plenty of living space and outdoor areas to take in the serenity. Inside, you will discovery entertainment galore, with a game room, pool table, hot tub, several arcades, foosball, and other amenities that will ensure a wonderful and memorable vacation!

Excellent host, cute cabin, great location.I will say, if you are staying here in the cold months, the basement is freezing!!!!! There’s only 1 hvac unit for the 3 stories of the house and when the fireplace is on, the basement level gets zero heat because the heat doesn’t kick on. I would highly recommend bringing a heater of some kind. The game room is down there, along with the double bed room and a bath. We all had so much fun playing the games, we would just have to run upstairs every little while to warm up.

This cabin was beautiful!! The location, the accommodations, the space… everything exceeded what I expected! We traveled to enjoy Dollywood for my son’s birthday, which was only about 10 minutes away. We all really enjoyed ourselves. Everything we needed was provided for us (toiletries, kitchen necessities, linens, etc… even extra fans!), so we didn’t have to make any additional purchases. Top tier! We would definitely book this home again.

Disappointed

The cabin was good. The experience wasn't. They gave us a check in code for the door rhat didnt work. We spent 20 minutes trying to get in. I had reached out 3 days prior to check in for instructions so this wouldnt happen. They assured me i would get an email 24 hours before check in. We did. It didnt work, then the "if you have any problems opening the door" url link didnt work.Housekeeping was great! Clean, smelled great, they emptied and refilled the hot tub too.Its a little tight theoughout. Not a lot of open space. My wife and i both gashed our legs on the bed frame that was 6 inches longer than the mattress. The steering wheel was broken on the arcade downstairs. (Again, i specifically asked if both arcades were functioning and was assured they were.)No views from the porch except overgrown trees. No mountains though. It was nice, just not mtns.And lastly, the towels! Lol, i know its petty, but when you have a wife and 3 daughters, 10 towels aint as many as it sounds! When i asked for more towels, it started a snarky passive aggressive exchange that ended with, "we told you to bring your own in your checkin email." I'm sure they are right. And they didnt HAVE to bring any more, but asking me to count, re verify, etc. Being "right" is not more important than hospitality. We weren't taking these things home! They could have won a returning family for 10 years of vacations. It would have cost them an errand. Instead Goldilocks Cabin was just not right for us.

Perfect Stay

The property owner was easy to get in touch with leading up to the stay. The property was easy to find and in a great location if you want peace and quiet! It was very easy to get in and settled and was very clean. There are plenty of games if you want to have a fun family game night, but you are still close to everything to be able to get out and enjoy the many attractions! Definitely a great place to stay!

My family had a blast and was very comfortable here. Super fun to have the extras like the Cruisin’ game and hot tub. Otherwise amenities were as expected (could use hot tub towels and simple things like salt and pepper in the kitchen). Overall a lovely stay!

Family get away

This place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub was awesome. My grown children and grandson loved the game room. Perfect location 1st day we spent in Gatlinburg/Anakeesta 2nd day we went to Dollywood. Just a very is he out againshort drive. Justin the host was quick to respond when I had a couple of questions. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Travel Baseball Stay

Stayed for a baseball tournament at Ripken. Good location. The views were not quite what the photos made them out to be. But pleasant enough.The home had a lot of character. The downstairs was a hit with my 12 yr old. There were a few electrical issues (switches not working) and the hot tub wasn't working either. The host was pleasant and responsive when I alerted him to the hot tub issue. But there wasn't anything addressed during our stay. However, our stay was short, so I understood.Overall we had a nice stay and the property met our needs.

Good stay

The cabin was nice and clean. The game room was awesome, so if you have kids they will definitely enjoy it. AC works like a champ on the first floor and downstairs. Ceiling fan is very noisy on the top floor. You can also hear really well inside and outside on the top floor. If you are a hard sleeper shouldn’t be a problem though. All and all it was a good stay.

The property was well-maintained and as advertised. It was only a short ride to Dollywood and all the other main attractions. The game room was a HUGE hit among the kids. Communication with the owner was excellent.Will definitely rent again next time!

Goldilocks was our favorite stay ever

The was our best trip by far! Everything was just as stated in the listing! Our girls enjoyed the hot tub so much but also had a blast in the game room! I like it because the game room, a full bathroom and 2 beds were all downstairs! My husband and I had the upstairs area to ourselves! The beds were very comfortable and the cabin is very clean. We willdefinitely be back!
