Nestled among acres and acres of Pinot Noir vineyards in the renowned Russian River Appellation, the Barron Vineyards and Farmhouse offers a perfect wine country vacation experience. The charming farmhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a newly added 3rd bedroom and bathroom in a unit right next to the house is a great place for friends and family to enjoy the food and wine that make Sonoma County one of the most desirable vacation destinations in the world. There is ample space in the yard to stretch your legs and roam the grounds as you take in the views of the vineyards in all directions, there is also a large pad with a basketball hoop to play half court games surrounded by vineyards.

The house is within minutes of the quaint and bustling town of Sebastopol which offers dozens of great restaurants, a multitude of options for all sorts of shopping and some of the best wineries in the world for Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and several other varietals.

All of our vacation rentals are completely stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware and consumable supplies like toilet paper; paper towels; shampoo & conditioner; bath, dish hand and laundry soaps; various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. Additional fees apply to heat pools for homes that have them October through April. Hot tubs, if available are heated at no additional charge all year. All houses are non-smoking indoors.

This is an amazing property for family and friends to gather but it is NOT a party house! Amplified music is not allowed outdoors at vacation rentals in the County and there are cameras that monitor parking areas and decimal meters that alert us to excessive noise. Quiet time for this County is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups that abuse these rules will be subject to immediate eviction and could be subject to large fines and potential legal action.
