Welcome to Casa Nainoa, our 4 bedroom haven! Immerse yourself in luxury with a private pool, palapa bedroom, and rooftop terrace with scenic jungle views. Spend the days in the lush courtyard - dine under the palapa, grill up local fresh fish on the BBQ, and entertain seamlessly using the kitchen-to-pool passthrough. The main house is located on the second level. A hallway runs through to the outdoor courtyard with a private pool and outdoor dining table.

On one side of the hall way is the large communal kitchen & living area, adorned with beautiful arched windows framing jungle and town vistas. The space is bright with a wood beam ceiling, a personal art collection, and ample amenities, including a dining booth, games, workout equipment, and a cozy assortment of couches.

You access the Master Bedroom through the kitchen. The master bedroom is lined with beautiful wooden windows and has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom.

On the other side of the hall way is the second bedroom with another king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom with two cozy twin beds & office space.

Upstairs on the 3rd level you'll discover a palapa bamboo bedroom, complete with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. There is also a daybed that can be used as a single bed to accommodate parties of 9 guests. Take in the breathtaking scenic jungle views and overlook the charm of Sayulita from the rooftop terrace.

Our residence is nestled in a tranquil neighbourhood, offering a private garage for storage of surfboards, strollers, and beach essentials on the street level.

***We can provide an additional single bed in order to accommodate groups of 10 people for an additional nightly fee - please inquire! ***

This is the perfect house to connect and share memories with friends and family, while offering private areas for each guest to retreat.

You will have full and private access to the entire property. This includes all the bedrooms, communal kitchen & living area, outdoor courtyard, pool, and the rooftop palapa.

In the past, we have rented it as two separate units but now is only rented as one private house. This guarantees no shared spaces, no shared entrances and the complete privacy for your group only.

Casa Nainoa is on the south end of Sayulita. Our neighborhood is a quiet dead end street with no through traffic, making it very peaceful and private. Our neighborhood offers a peaceful escape from the lively bustle, yet is just a leisurely stroll away from the vibrant town center.

Bordering the lush jungle, it provides easy access to the tranquility of Playa Los Muertos and Playa Carricitos, perfect for those seeking less crowded beaches. Within steps, discover local favorites like Yah-Yahs, a beloved coffee shop, Sur 38, a new wine and tapas bar, and Punto Escondido, a hidden gem serving delicious burgers and sushi. The main beach and heart of the action in town is just a 5 minute walk away.

Our prime location offers the convenience of being within a short walking distance to the bustling town plaza and the sun-soaked beaches. Everything you need for a great vacation can be accessed on foot- cafes, restaurants, boutiques, beaches & bars.

For a touch of adventure, consider renting a golf cart, moto, or scooter, allowing you to effortlessly navigate the charming streets and even reach some of the more remote, hidden beaches.

If you're up for day excursions, there is a car rental agency in town providing the perfect opportunity to explore neighboring towns like San Pancho and Lo De Marcos and discover additional surf breaks.

Taxis are also readily available from the Town Plaza in front of Public House, offering a comfortable and easy option for your day trips.

Parking is easy and available for free in front of the house at all times.
