This 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house is meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. Gorgeous gardens surround the house and pool. Halcyon looks out over Savannah Sound with sweeping views. Sunrise and sunset are both enjoyed at Halcyon! Best stargazing ever.

Walk across the backyard and down a few steps to our private sandy beach with calm, perfectly clear water. This protected beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

A three-minute walk takes you to Windermere Island's famous 3-mile-long pink sand beach, usually deserted.

A two-minute drive takes you to West Beach on Savannah Sound, which has a pavilion, rest rooms, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other facilities.

Halcyon comes with membership in the Windermere Club with a pool, tennis, pickle ball and a gym. In season, the Club also offers fine dining and a bar (typically November through June).

Enter Halcyon house into the large, open foyer. You are greeted by views of the beautiful blue waters of the Sound and the Atlantic. Halcyon has a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, gas range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso and Keurig machines (bring your own pods), ice maker, and beverage fridge.

The great room features an ocean-view dining table that seats 6, and a large ocean-view living area with seating for 10. The great room an expansive patio, overlooking the sound, that runs the full length of the house. It is furnished for lounging and dining.

The two first-floor bedrooms have king beds, breathtaking ocean views, and full en-suite baths. Each bedroom has a private patio facing the water.

Go Upstairs to the master king bedroom to see the most incredible view of all! Step out onto the deck and you feel you are on top of the world. Look for sea turtles, big rays and more sea life, swimming in the sound! The master bedroom also has an en suite full bath.

Halcyon provides housekeeping on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Amenities include super-fast Starlink internet, AC throughout, back-up generator, washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, and a gas grill for your convenience.
