There is an outdoor living space on the first floor with a screened in terrace which is super for the rainy season and mosquitos. You can still enjoy the terrace! There is a lovely little coffee bar in the kitchen. There is great wifi, hot showers and more!

The condo is for guests only. The parking area, pool area, rancho and washer/dryer are shared.

Early check -in and late check-out/luggage storage: This condo includes our Guests Only Beachfront Club by The Garrett Group that allows you to arrive early and stay at the Club and store your luggage, enjoy the club with secure parking and right in Coco. You can also stay late after check out or even during your stay.

There are no assigned parking but plenty of parking and it is very safe. You can also rent a golf cart as well to get around town or by walking. It is located in a great area to easily walk everywhere. Only 2 small dogs under 15 pounds are allowed.
