The prime location allows easy access to the best of Santos. The apartment comfortably accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, with screens on the windows for added safety.

This studio apartment was designed to offer comfort and practicality in a compact and welcoming space. The living room, integrated with the bedroom, features a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is also a twin-size sofa bed and an extra single mattress that can be used on the floor, accommodating up to 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment has internal screens; the common area is open and without screens.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and two-burner stove with oven, perfect for preparing quick meals. The bathroom is modern and functional, with cozy decor.

The building has direct access to Gonzaga beach, facilitating access and making your stay even more pleasant.

We accept small pets (one per rental), provided they relieve themselves in an appropriate place. Dogs that bark when their owners are absent cannot be left alone in the apartment. An extra fee will be charged for your four-legged friend's stay.

Items included: pillows, 4 plush blankets, and 1 bedspread. We do not provide sheets or towels.

Bed sizes: Standard double bed, Twin-size sofa bed, Standard single mattress.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. To enter, it will be necessary to present a document requested by the building, which the host will send at the time of booking.

The building offers a shared garage with limited spaces, therefore its use is not guaranteed during your stay. Availability depends on the day of the week and the time of arrival.

Upon arrival, proceed to the side gate for vehicle access and ask the doorman about available parking spaces.

Note: Even with a parking space available, it is necessary to leave the handbrake off (engine off) so that the doormen can maneuver the vehicle.
