The open floor plan centers around a large island with seating for 6 with a large, stunning cypress top. The living area has 2 sets of french doors leading to an expansive deck. Entertaining is easy with the custom outdoor kitchen with Weber Propane Grill. Cooking is a joy in the kitchen that features stainless appliances, terrazzo countertops and a walk in pantry with loads of storage. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The master bathroom has one-of-a-kind concrete sink, counter and flooring. Newly added second farmhouse bathroom with claw foot tub/shower.
