A true highlight of the location is the beach access right at Eastern Lake, where you can experience both the Gulf and the lake in one spot. It’s perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, or swimming in calm waters just steps away.

Laid-back Seagrove is a longtime favorite of both locals and visitors, known for its sugar-white sand, coastal dune lakes, and relaxed charm. Just around the corner, you’ll find Green Way Park, Seagrove’s newest shopping and dining hub. Spend a morning at Canopy Road Café, grab ice cream at Pecan Jacks, shop specialty goods at The Salty Butcher, or treat yourself at the Naples Soap Store — all just minutes from your door.

Inside, the home welcomes you with a bright, open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout. The living room offers a cozy sofa, two chairs, a seagrass rug, and a TV, creating the perfect space to unwind. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island with additional seating beside the dining table. A walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located off the kitchen.

The main level features a spacious primary suite with a TV, desk, walk-in closet, and private bath, along with a second guest bedroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a family room with a TV, one bedroom with two full beds, and another with two sets of bunk beds, making it an ideal setup for groups or families traveling with children.

Step outside to enjoy a brand-new back deck designed for relaxing and gathering. Whether it’s sipping your morning coffee, curling up with a good book, or enjoying cocktails at sunset, this outdoor space will quickly become a favorite part of your stay.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
