Spanning two levels and providing over 2285 sq. ft of indoor living space, Against the Wind is sure to please the most discerning traveler. DETAILS: Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom Against the Wind can accommodate up to 12 fortunate guests. The large open concept floor plan spread across two levels allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. The spacious Great Room provides plenty of room to spread out. The Great Room is the perfect gathering spot and has full view of the kitchen and dining area and features a 65” TV and comfortable seating areas. The amazing kitchen is a Chef's dream featuring Quartz counter tops, a large island, stainless appliances, and opens to the dining area and Great Room. Everyone will want to be in the kitchen preparing the daily feasts. Adjacent to the kitchen is the oversized dining room table with seating for 8 guests. The large kitchen island also has 4 additional seats. The massive Primary Suite, located on Level 1, features a King Bed, huge En Suite Bathroom with Quartz countertops, double vanities and large walk-in shower enclosed in glass, and a spacious walk-in closet. The Laundry Suite is also located on Level 1 and features a full-size washer and dryer. The Half Bathroom is located adjacent to the Laundry Suite.

Ascending the staircase Level 2 you will find the three additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both feature a queen bed and Bedroom 4 boasts a Bunk Bed featuring two full beds. The second full bathroom is conveniently accessed by all three bedrooms and features a large quartz vanity with double sinks. The Outdoor living Space and Private Pool is the star attraction and will be the perfect hangout. It features a large private pool, in-pool lounge chairs, lounge chairs, and a comfortable covered relaxation area with outdoor TV. It is the perfect place to hang out, catch some rays or chill with a drink under the umbrella. Cool off in the refreshing pool. The outdoor living space and yard is fully enclosed with a privacy fence. Gulfview Heights Public Beach Access is just a short distance from the property.
PARKING: Against the Wind has plenty of parking and can accommodate up to 6 vehicles in the driveway depending on the size and type of vehicle.

Great Last Minute Booking

We enjoyed this short stay. The house was clean and very new, with a pool in the fenced-in yard. Grass hadn't been cut for awhile, but our 2 dogs didn't mind as they had room to run. The house was very comfortable and stayed cool as the outside temps grew warmer. This was our first stay in the Gulf Place area. There's numerous great restaurants nearby and the beach is close too - although we stayed by the pool with the dogs. The Property Manager was a great help getting us in a few hours early as we moved in from another rental in Seacrest Beach. Andy was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. This was a 5 star stay and we were very happy with the accommodations.
