This expansive estate, situated on a double lot, offers an unparalleled coastal living experience, accommodating up to 34 guests with 10 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, including a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom carriage house. Thoughtfully designed to accommodate families, groups, and special occasions, it provides the perfect backdrop for memorable vacations, celebrations, and retreats.

The outdoor space is nothing short of spectacular, centered around a large resort-style swimming pool that can be heated for year-round enjoyment. The pool features a built-in hot tub and is surrounded by luxurious lounge chairs and outdoor seating, creating the perfect space to relax and soak up the Florida sun. Adjacent to the pool, you’ll find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas BBQ, mini fridge, dishwasher, and a full outdoor dining area for al fresco meals. The home also boasts three balconies, including a stunning rooftop deck accessible via a spiral staircase, offering breathtaking Gulf views that are perfect for sunsets and stargazing.
