The Space:
Step into a bright and modern oasis in Huatulco. This unique loft boasts an industrial-warm design with soaring double-height ceilings, expansive windows, and charming handmade wooden details, creating an inviting and stylish atmosphere for your next getaway.
- Designed for comfort and spaciousness, this loft is ideal for up to 6 people. The layout provides distinct sleeping areas while maintaining an open, airy feel:
- Upstairs Bedroom: Features a luxurious King-size bed, its own air conditioning unit, a mirror with LED light, and a private full bathroom with hot water. This elevated space offers a cozy retreat.
- Downstairs Bedroom: Equipped with two comfortable Queen-size beds, its own air conditioning unit, and an adjacent full bathroom with hot water, ensuring convenience for all guests.
- Both full bathrooms boast elegant finishes, spacious showers, and include dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
- The integral kitchen is fully equipped with an electric grill, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils, ready for any meal. Gather around the beautiful artisanal solid wood dining table, comfortably seating up to 6 people.
- The open-concept common area enjoys abundant natural light, excellent ventilation thanks to the high ceilings, a TV for entertainment, and high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps). For your complete rest, the loft features darkening curtains (please note, current photos may not show them). Ceiling fans are also installed throughout for additional comfort.
Access and Other Notes:
Your apartment is located on the second floor, accessed via a private entrance with a short set of stairs, no more than 12 steps. This loft is situated above a laundry service, so please note there might be some ambient noise in the mornings. However, its excellent location and comprehensive amenities make it a perfect base for your Huatulco adventures.
On-street parking is available for one car, and a laundry service is available on-site at an extra cost for your convenience. While a private terrace is planned for the future, it is not yet available.
