The main terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze after a day at the beach. It is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors and admire the marvelous views.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of a building with lift. The main room leads into the living-dining-kitchen area with AC, TV-sat and ceramic hob. There are 3 bedrooms all with AC. One has a double bed and exit to the second terrace, another one has two single beds and the last one has 1 single bed. There is a bathroom with bathtub in the accommodation. In addition the flat offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.

The location of the flat is unbeatable: in the center of Can Picafort, with easy access to all services such as shops, supermarkets or restaurants and, best of all, just a step away from the beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and golden sand. Not far away you have the wonderful beach of Capellans and using public transport you can visit other beaches and magical places such as Playa de Muro or the old town of Alcudia.

- Check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out time is until 10:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The holding of events is forbidden.
- There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
