The Space:

Offering a myriad of beaches, parks and unique Mediterranean-style architecture, the house could not be better located.



Explore age-soaked Spanish mansions, botanical gardens, and the breathtaking Santa Ynez Mountains. Or just relax all day at this indoor/ outdoor oasis.



This comfortable cottage sits behind lush hedges and welcomes you in with a bright magenta dutch door. Sunbathe on a cozy hammock, unwind by either of the two firepits, or light up the BBQ. Enjoy al-fresco meals at the 6-seater outdoor dining table, and make use of the 2 seating areas for a leisurely time outdoors.



The living room is bright and soothing, with a tastefully minimalist décor. Dewy white walls, pastel-hued interiors and rustic wooden fixtures make you feel at home. Large windows allow ample natural light, and french doors off the dining area open onto the leafy outdoor patio. Hazel-colored couches, cane furnishings and blue accents ooze a refreshing coastal ambiance throughout the day. Enjoy the cool inside with the newly installed central AC, a rare find for homes in the area!



The media room features a smart TV and seating area to keep you entertained.



Whip up homemade meals in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. Adorned with glossy white countertops and modern cabinetry, it’s equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, wineware and refrigerator. The 6-seater wooden indoor table is perfect for dinner with family or friends.



The home accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, all elegantly designed with picture windows. While #bedroom 1 is fitted with a king-size bed, #bedroom 2 and #bedroom 3 have queen-size beds and a smart TV.



THINGS TO NOTE:

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub.

A washer/dryer is provided for guest use.

Driveway and street parking are available.

Kids will have a memorable time at the Santa Barbara Zoo, which is home to over 500 animals. Art enthusiasts can spend all day at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art. Stearns Warf is a historic pier, boasting a myriad of shopping and dining options.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
