A private well-appointed 500 SF bungalow w/ fenced yard, stocked essentials, kitchen, king Beautyrest Mattress, WIFI & sofa bed. Guests have unlimited access to the entire apartment through a dedicated private entrance. For your convenience, There is also 24/7 access to a full-sized washer and dryer through the garage side door, a few steps from your front entrance, making laundry a breeze during your stay. Once checked into your space feel free to make yourself at home. The communal garden areas are available for use between 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM and are located through your locked fence gate.
We love enjoying the communal garden and spa and we invite you to do the same. Feel free to cook, socialize, or relax in the spa between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM. From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, we observe quiet hours to ensure everyone has a peaceful retreat. If you need some flexibility around this, please don't hesitate to reach out in advance. We're all about creating a harmonious atmosphere that suits the needs of our community.
The Boho Bungalow is a serene 500-SF private retreat with a memory foam bed, organic bamboo linens, desk, dresser, and private attached bath. Enjoy spa-quality Public Goods toiletries, coffee & tea service (herbal blends by your host!), robes, beach gear, sound machine, and more.
THE COLLECTIVE.
Not just a place to stay—Boho House is a community sanctuary. Guests are welcomed into shared gardens, lounges, and healing spaces. Enjoy the spa or partake in one of the various community events at the property that feature art, music, wellness or educational opportunities.

BY CAR
Having your own vehicle is the most convenient way to explore Santa Barbara—beaches, parks, and downtown are all just minutes away.
RIDESHARE
Uber and Lyft are widely available and easy to access throughout the city.
BIKE RENTALS
Explore downtown Santa Barbara on the City e-bikes. These are the most reasonably priced and are located throughout town. Ride directly onto the Obern Trail just one block away, and explore routes to More Mesa Beach, UCSB, or Hendry’s Beach (Arroyo Burro).
PUBLIC TRANSIT
The nearest MTD bus stop is just three blocks away at Modoc & Hollister, with service to downtown, UCSB, the beach, and more.

PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS.
We require all guests to sign a short-term rental agreement and waiver, which are required for our permit and insurance, provide their ID and a preauthorized hold for an off-line security deposit. Without this your reservation may be cancelled without refund or you may not be allowed to use the spa amenities.
PARKING.
Your stay also includes one (1) parking spot on the street. If you have more vehicles, please let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate.
KID POLICY:
We love families and the bungalow can easily accommodate infants and a crib for smaller children. However the property and home are not suitable for other children due to the delicate nature of the art, property, and spa amenities.
PETS.
We allow up to 2 dogs in this house with a $150 fee per pet.
EARLY CHECK-INS & LATE CHECK-OUTS.
When possible, for an hourly fee.
WANT FRESH EGGS?
There are several friendly chickens on the property. Our kids care for them and offer their freshly laid eggs to our guests for $6/half dozen or $10/dozen. All proceeds go to their "Toys & Adventures" fund.

Walk to hiking trails, nature preserves, coffee shops, yoga, gyms, and cafes. 10 mins to beaches, downtown, UCSB & wedding venues.
HOSTS ON-SITE.
This is part of our family home—we live in the main residence located in the communal gardens on the property with our kids and small dogs and love to share the magic with guests. Questions? We're here to help.
