Jacaranda House is a beautiful holiday home located in a luxury building in Sant’Agnello, a few steps from Sorrento.

It is a very large and comfortable apartment with an internal space of 130 sqm and an outdoor area of ​​95 sqm.


The complex to which it belongs, provides guests of the entire building with a concierge service available 8 hours a day and a convenient laundry room in the basement that has a professional washer and dryer.


The house is located on the ground floor of the building and is spread over two levels:

the outside is very hospitable; in fact we find a small heated swimming pool, a comfortable outdoor shower, sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas, in short, everything you need to spend relaxing days without even going out. Also in this area, by the pool, we find a nice wooden table with benches to enjoy pleasant meals al fresco.

Upon entering the apartment, we are welcomed by a beautiful spacious and bright living area consisting of a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a nice table with chairs and a kitchen with everything needed to prepare excellent homemade meals.

Jacaranda House can accommodate up to 7 people.

On the ground floor we find the first bedroom which features a king-size double bed and an elegant private bathroom with marble sink and a separate shower and toilet.

You then go up to the upper floor via an internal wooden staircase where there are two other bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with two single beds (it is possible to add a third bed).

These two bedrooms both have a bathroom and a private terrace with table and chairs.

It is clear that we are talking about an apartment with a standard of comfort and luxury equal to a 5-star hotel, not only for the careful choice of materials but also for the services it offers, making the stay of those who experience it unique and unforgettable.

Finally, among the various services, there is a welcome basket.

Neighborhood and transport:
Sorrento offers a wide range of services, and is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi Coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, which can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by elevator.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Refundable damage deposit of € 500, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-In time is from 15:00 to 21:00,
Late check-in fee from 9pm € 40,00
Check-Out time is by 10:30 am

Extra cost to be paid on site:
City tax: 4,00 € per day per person (from 18 years onwards)
Cleaning fee if requested during the stay: 40 Euros per time
