Gather in the backyard of this 3BR/3BA home to dip in the pool, snuggle up by the firepit, or share alfresco meals. The convenient location is a short drive from beaches on both the bay and the Atlantic. Other local attractions include the Mashpee Commons and the Heritage Museums & Gardens.

A plethora of living areas encourage group fun, while two bonus bedrooms offer quiet privacy. Cathedral ceilings soar above the main living area. Relax on the sofas and armchairs and stream shows on the state of the art TV and sound system. The second living area is outfitted with two sofas.

The modern kitchen is appointed with sleek granite countertops. A wine fridge is included among the stainless steel appliances. The table in the breakfast nook seats four to morning meals. The primary dining area features a table for eight.

This three-story home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms and two bonus rooms. Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary bedroom. Enjoy fresh Cape air on the private balcony and watch movies on the smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway.

Take a refreshing dip in the backyard pool after an exciting day. Barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill, and dine alfresco at the table for four on the mahogany deck. On starry nights, kick back around the wood-burning firepit.

Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and beach chairs are provided in the rental. Additional perks include pool toys, board games, and a Nintendo Wii.

For a day on the beach by Cape Cod Bay, drive eight miles to Sandy Neck. Craigville Beach is also eight miles away. Even more outdoor fun awaits at Ryder Conservation (one mile) and Mystic Lake (three miles). Find an abundance of shops at Mashpee Commons, five miles from home. Learn about local history at Heritage Museums and Gardens, seven miles away.

Perfect Vaca House!

Nice Getaway Home

The pool and home were lovely to get away from our daily home life and enjoy some family time away. The home was well stocked with amenities. Only one recommendation, a lobster pot for an on Cape property. We had to make ours in 2 batches.

Not worth the $$$

The house was comfortable and sufficient for the purpose of our trip (dog show) however, the smoke alarm at the highest point of the cathedral ceiling was chirping from about 10 PM on the night of arrival ALL NIGHT LONG. We actually contemplated leaving to go to a hotel to sleep that night because it was so obnoxious and disrupting. It took leaving two messages on the local teams voicemail the next morning AND a call to the customer service 800 number to get resolution. The gentleman that came to replace the batteries was nice and replaced both of the fire alarms batteries. The pool was a great addition to the home but the pool pump/filter system makes a lot of noise like a toilet constantly flushing which can be heard in the house with windows closed about every 5-7 minutes 24 hours a day. There are comfortable beds in the bedrooms, and ample space for people and dogs. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice to walk the dogs around in. We did not have any issues with neighbors like some others who have reviewed the home. There are definitely some cosmetic things (paint, baseboard heat covers that are half off etc) that need to be addressed (especially since the property is managed by a professional company) but it does not affect the ability to use the house for the purpose of our trip. All in all, I’d likely stay there again but for the $$$ spent, there were parts of our experience that could definitely be improved upon.

Nice house with pool

This house was very nice but for an extended family, the layout was a little odd. The pool was great but there was no lighting around the pool for safety/enjoyment in the evening. Some rooms had AC but not all which was problematic for our large group - I do not recall the original listing saying it had no AC - honestly, we never would have booked it without AC. The house has lovely furnishings but there was hair on the couch which was unsettling and makes you wonder how clean the house really was. The dining room only had a lamp for lighting which was odd. Two TVs did not get service and the table on the deck didn’t light. one of the lounge chairs by the pool was also broken. I sent a text to the number provided but did not get a response. These were not major issues to us, so I didn’t t try again. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels and sheets. Grill was in good condition and we used it a few times. Beds were ok and there was ample space for our family. Neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed our trip overall.

Spacious home well decorated with an unground pool

The home was well equipped with linens, washer/dryer and two primary bathrooms (plus one in the basement) an unground pool, fire pit and more. The kitchen was large enough to do plenty of cooking as well. The home is in a nice neighborhood centrally located between the bayside and oceanside areas of the Cape. South Cape Beach seemed to be the one we enjoyed the most with good waves, sea shells, no seaweed and a slight breeze on both days. I think we benefited from the slightly cooler week as the AC was just fine in the home. Overall, we would return again.

Home needs love - lots of love

Someones needs to come in to this house and give it a major clean. There are dead bugs everywhere so much so that my son would only sleep on the couch in the living room.. The basement reeks of mildew as well as the first floor bath. The kitchen is ill equipped - not so much as a can opener. The washing machine stopped working while we were renting. The grounds are a mess with weeds everywhere. You can tell the owners haven't seen this property in years. The online pictures make this house look much more inviting and comfortable than it actually is. We wouldnt rent this home again.

Exceptional!

This home was truly exceptional and the photos do not do it justice. Beautifully decorated, gorgeous furnishings and the outdoor space, decks, patio and pool made our stay by far one of our top picks. We had 5 adults in our group (45+) who played in a 2 day golf tournament which was just a few miles away so location was super convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. I would highly recommend this home to rent.

Great Location to Visit all Cape Cod - Pet Friendly - No Air

This property was a great jumping off spot for visiting all of Cape Cod as it was centrally located. There was some deferred maintenance, and the sofa covers had significant pet fur on them. I would suggest taking your own linens. If you are going during hotter temps, be aware there is NO AIRCONDITIONING. Kitchen is well stocked and very functional. Quiet location situated in the woods. Pool was under re-construction so it should be nice for those visiting in the summer.

Clean, Comfortable Cape Cottage

My husband and I stayed for four weeks in this very comfortable home in Sandwich. We were there in the early spring so didn’t need or use the pool as the weather was too cool and pool not open yet. The neighborhood is quiet, the house roomy, plenty of seating and sleeping options, and the town adorable. A special note: the master bedroom king size bed was unbelievably comfortable!!! The proportions of the den were very generous so we could spread out. We had a slight problem with the washing machine which was remedied as quickly as possible.
