The rental is ideally located 2.7 km from the beaches and shops, as well as 3.2 km from the city center of Sanary. For your convenience, you can park your vehicle on the property. Free spaces are also available in front of the house gate if you have two vehicles. The house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room consisting of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. This entire space has been completely renovated and the kitchen is very well equipped. You can enjoy your meals at the high kitchen table, or in the dining room. For the sleeping area, all the bedrooms are located upstairs. They all have central air conditioning. The first offers a double bed 160 x 200, the second a double bed 140 x 190 and the 3rd bedroom has single beds 90 x 190. For amenities, you have a new bathroom and separate toilet also located upstairs, as well as a second independent toilet on the ground floor. Regarding the exteriors, you can enjoy several pleasant terraces. The first, the paved courtyard in front of the house has a ping pong table, to entertain young and old alike. On the side of the house, overlooking the pool area and the paved courtyard, you will find a real pétanque court, ideal for wild family games. Finally, the main terrace behind the house has a beautiful swimming pool measuring 3 x 6m, a dining area with table and 6 chairs, two deckchairs, and finally a concrete charcoal barbecue. This last terrace overlooks the living room and the kitchen, ideal for enjoying your meals outdoors. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires thanks to the manual awning of the terrace. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and you have an internet box with Wi-Fi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, by staying in a quality villa, comfortable and very well equipped for the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary, pleasant memories. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in case of last-minute reservation. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional €100. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 per day, per pet, surcharge will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. This deposit will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rental property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be asked for a holiday insurance certificate or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as the boat tour of the calanques of Cassis, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path and in particular Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary sur mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, discover the wines of Bandol. The estates of Bandol are for the most part in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the mill of Saint Côme for the production of olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to appreciate the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden.
