On the lower level there is a large entrance hall, the living room with piano and the fireplace television area. The living room gives access to the swimming pool (12m x 6m with a maximum depth of 2.50m in the large bath). A barbecue is nearby as well as a platform for you to play boules. This level also has an independent bedroom with shower room and toilet. On the upper level, a second large hall distributes the mezzanine dining room onto the living room, a large kitchen with dining area, a utility room and several terraces. There is also a separate toilet area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each bathroom includes a toilet, a bathtub and a sink). Getting around A bus stop is 5 minutes walk from the house. The closest station is Ollioules-Sanary, about 10 minutes by car (TER only). The TGVs stop at Toulon station which is 20 minutes from the house via the motorway. The closest airports are Hyères and Marseille (allow 1 hour on average by car). We require a 25% deposit.
