The Space:

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, perfect for solo travelers, couple and friends.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private patio where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the sea breeze.



The Neighborhood:

Ocean Park is a lively and friendly neighborhood known for its cultural vibrancy and close-knit community. You’ll find a mix of local shops, delicious eateries, and cultural attractions just a short stroll away. The area is perfect for exploring on foot, and you’ll get a true taste of Puerto Rican life here. Don’t miss out on the local festivals and live music events that often take place in the area!



Getting Around:

San Juan is a city best explored by foot or bike, but there are also plenty of other transit options:

•Walking: Most attractions, restaurants, and beaches are within walking distance.

•Biking: Rent a bike from one of the nearby rental shops for a fun and eco-friendly way to see the city.

•Public Transit: The local bus system is reliable and affordable, with stops conveniently located throughout the neighborhood.

•Rideshare: Uber and local taxis are readily available and can take you anywhere in the city.

Adults-Only Property: Please note that The Weekender is an adults-only hotel. For the comfort and privacy of all guests, we do not allow children or infants. All guests must be at least 21 years old.



Guest Requirements:

•Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.

•Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM. Late check-outs without approval will incur extra charges.



Paid Amenities:

•Add-on services available via our Guidebook's Marketplace tab include early check-in, late check-out, and birthday balloons.



Beach Essentials:

•We provide beach towels and beach chairs.



Starter Package:

•Each property includes 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, a hand towel per bathroom, mouthwash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 snacks per guest, water, paper towel, 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. Additional packages are available for purchase.



House Rules:

•No parties, events, or smoking. Quiet hours: 10 PM onwards. NoiseAware monitors sound levels (not content) to ensure compliance.



Verification:

•Provide a government-issued photo ID and matching credit card, complete our verification process, and sign a rental agreement.

-You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable damage waiver fee of $25 to cover any potential incidentals during your stay.
