Seaside Sanctuary Studio with Shared Patio & AC

You will have a renovated, comfortable studio with all the amenities you will need. There is a long bar countertop for your meals as well as a fridge, microwave, sandwich maker and a panini grill. There is wifi throughout the property and a flat screen tv mounted to the wall with Roku. There is a small kitchen area in the combined living space which has a queen bed, small slide in table and some extra mini seating. There is also a space behind the barn door where you can hang your clothes and shelves for storage of items. The bathroom is completely brand new with all new fixtures and tiling! Also, a new addition is the air conditioning unit to keep you cool on hotter days!
The space is cozy and is great for solo travelers or couples. The property has a total of three units - a front house and then an upstairs back studio and downstairs back studio. The back studios share a patio with string lights, picnic bench, BBQ, outdoor shower, beach chairs, and umbrella. This is the UPSTAIRS unit.

You will have access to the entire studio which is located upstairs and the back patio is shared with the downstairs unit.

You must be able to climb stairs to get to this property. This studio does NOT come with parking and parking is insanely hard to find down by the beach. I would highly encourage you to ditch the car and rent a bike or a scooter to get around town. There is a bike rental shop next to the studio (called Cheap Rentals) and there is a bus stop just in front of the place.

Please DO NOT walk through the front main house to access this unit. There are other guests staying there. Please access this unit from the back alley where the garages are located. Thank you
