We can't wait to host you in our 31m2 studio! Spend the perfect holiday relaxing on the coast of the mediterranean sea. Only 5 km away from Saint Raphaël, you have the luxury of staying in a 3-hectare estate at the base of the Esterel mountains. This varying landscape will provide you with many activities to stay busy, including boat trips, exploring the historic cities in the area, and visiting the recreational parks. Walk along some of the most beautiful beaches on the Côte d'Azur before returning to your accommodation to relax in the seasonal pool.

After swimming, retreat to the air-conditioned STUDIO. There are 2 Single beds in a sleeping alcove and 1 Trundle bed in the living area. We'll provide you with bed linens for free. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available in your apartment for an additional charge and is free at reception. Your unit is equipped with a safe.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. We provide you with towels. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

Take advantage of the fully equipped KITCHENETTE, which includes a set of hot plates and a dishwasher.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Club Les Chênes Verts where our apartment is conveniently located. These include bike rental, the children's club, and the shared 270m2 rooftop pool with a sea view (which is open from April to October). Outdoor parking is available on-site for €10/day or €49 for 7 days.

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €10/night. Select units may be equipped with accessible features - please let our team know if you would like these features and we will do our best to accommodate you. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for an additional charge.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, take a 15-minute stroll down to Restaurant Urban Beach and enjoy a meal by the water. Pick up some groceries at Super U, only 8 minutes away by car. Relax on the beach of Fréjus, only 11 minutes away by car!

• Opt for the 'All-Inclusive' option for an additional charge in July and August and enjoy brunch, a dinner buffet, and drinks from 10 am - 10 pm!
• Your children will love the Mini Club for children 4 to 8 years old. Available Monday to Friday from 9 am - 12 pm or 2 pm to 5 pm in July and August
• If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €10
