It is ideal for a business trip, a stopover between trains, or a getaway to Tours and the surrounding region.

You'll find a beautiful living room with a sleeping area featuring a single bed. You can also relax on the sofa watching TV and enjoying the fiber optic Wi-Fi connection. In the evening, the sofa transforms into a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep.

A dining area with a beautiful table for dining or working awaits you.
The kitchenette is equipped so you can cook delicious meals (electric stovetop, refrigerator, Tassimo coffee maker, etc.).

Finally, a bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the property.

For your comfort, housekeeping is included, as are bed linens and towels. You can travel light!
Check-in and check-out are done independently via keybox.

For parking, you can park on the street (paid). Some surrounding streets are free.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator.
